Support from the Co-Op membership Group

Braunstone Swimming Club is delighted to announce the successful award of £1262 from the Co-Operative Membership Community Fund towards the purchase of an underwater video camera and the costs of running the new training Project at Bosworth College.

This Grant will improve the teaching and coaching facility at the club and will be an immense benefit to all, both in the short & long Term.

So a big thank you to all Co-Op Members as some of your share of the profits are given to this worthwhile community fund making such a big difference to community projects, like ours.

Another succesfull reward comes to BSC! Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation support the club with a grant of £835 from its Red Nose Day Community Cash fund. This funding will enable to completely cover the costs of an underwater camera as well as the purchase of a projector to be used during the swimming, teaching & coaching sessions.

This is brilliant news for the club’s future and supports the grant money already donated by the Coop Community Fund (article below).
